This book contains sexual content and possessive morally grey alpha MMC.

Synopsis of Twisted Lies
He’ll do anything to have her…including lie.
Charming, deadly, and smart enough to hide it, Christian Harper is a monster dressed in the perfectly tailored suits of a gentleman. He has little use for morals and even less use for love, but he can’t deny the strange pull he feels toward the woman living just one floor below him.
She’s the object of his darkest desires, the only puzzle he can’t solve. And when the opportunity to get closer to her arises, he breaks his own rules to offer her a deal she can’t refuse. Every monster has its weakness. She’s his. His obsession. His addiction. His only exception.
Sweet, shy, and introverted despite her social media fame, Stella Alonso is a romantic who keeps her heart in a cage. Between her two jobs, she has little time or desire for a relationship.
But when a threat from her past drives her into the arms and house of the most dangerous man she’s ever met, she’s tempted to let herself feel something for the first time in a long time. Because despite Christian’s cold nature, he makes her feel everything when she’s with him. Passionate. Protected. Truly wanted.
Theirs is a love twisted with secrets and tainted by lies…and when the truth are finally revealed, they could shatter everything.

Twisted Lies Book Review
I loved this book. This is my favorite book of the series. The main characters are so lovable that it’s hard not to smile while reading about them.
Twisted Lies is a long, slow-burn, spicy, and little dark romance. There’s something magnetic about them. I didn’t want to put it down. Previous books were not THAT good for me they didn’t reach my 4-star category but this one did.
Stella Alonso is a social media influencer and fashion blogger who is introverted but also loves spending time being social with her friends and her work.
Stella Alonso is the most relatable person in the series. Stella was a mystery in all previous books. So it was very interesting to get to know her and now she is one of my favorites in the series.
I already said in my previous review of this book series that I’m already liking Christian Harper but this book made me say I loved him. Christian Harper is a handsome billionaire. He reduced Stella’s rent and in return, he asked her to take care of his plants. He is in love with her but he is in denial.
The slow burn was literally killing me but that’s what made this book my favorite of the series. I loved both of them from the start. Christian and Stella’s chemistry and romance are amazing.
Reading about Stella is like you’re reading about yourself. She is so relatable. Their fake dating scenario was very enjoyable to read. I wanted more of it but I’m still satisfied with that story. Christian’s character is a bit dark which is something I don’t like but the story is written in a way that didn’t bother me much.
There are many scenes of them with their friends. You can see all the characters of the series in this book. Their interactions are hilarious I was laughing most of the time. Josh gets jealous of Christian, Christian gets jealous of Mr. Unicorn (a toy), and Rhys teases Christian and Alex with his cold behavior all these are amazing.
All the girls Stella, Jules, Bridget, and Ava are lovely. Jules is a very interesting character in the whole series. Her remarks always make me laugh. They are always there for each other. Their friendship is something everyone wants.
The series is wrapped up very nicely in the book. Starting with Ava and Alex, then Bridget and Rhys, Josh and Jules, and finally Stella and Christian. The epilogue was good.
I’ll recommend this book more than any previous book in the series. Twisted Lies is the most enjoyable read of this series for me though it’s long.
Why You Should Read Twisted Lies
If you want to read a book with a fake dating trope between billionaire MMC and fashion influencer FMC this one is a good choice.
Do you love to read slow burn with steamy scenes? Then this should definitely be on your list.
If you like to read books in which the main male character is morally grey, and possessive then you should read Twisted Lies you’ll love it.
Read this one if you like to see friends having fun together, teasing each other, and want some good laughs.
My Final Thoughts
Before starting this book I already liked Christian Harper I was also afraid ‘what if this book ruins it?’ But thankfully it didn’t completely ruin it. Stella Alonso and Christian Harper are my favorite book couple for sure.
What I Didn’t Like
I would have loved it more if the book was short. I was ranting about that to my friend when I was almost halfway through the book like “why they’re still not together? It’s literally almost 50% of the book”. But I kept reading it in the hope something good will come after all the wait.
There were so many things going on at the same time. It made me confused at some point, stalker, the company issues. All the things were revealed almost together. It would have been better if some issues were solved before and some near ending.
The stalker’s revelation was disappointing. There were no hints of the main culprit which should be there. Stalker just came out and boom revealed.
What I Liked
Christian writing letters is something I loved. That was something unexpected from him. It also shows how someone can change when it comes to someone who is important to you.
The interaction between all the characters of the series was amazing. It’s something I can’t get enough of. All the teasing and fun remarks about each other made me laugh.
I didn’t had high hopes for this one because of previous books of the series. I was expecting to find many disappointments but didn’t find any. In fact, this book became my favorite of the series.
The chemistry and romance between Stella and Christian is amazing. It was so much better than the previous book’s couples who were disappointing.
